You can use this form to submit a complaint to us about how we have handled your personal data or your data rights.  We take our obligations under the UK GDPR and DPA 2018 very seriously and welcome the opportunity to make things right.  When we refer to 'personal data' we mean information that contains your name or anything that can identify you or another living individual. Please see below for how to file your complaint with us (email or post).

This form should not be used for general service complaints where they are not related directly to data protection matters.
